Sadhguru Reveals Near-Death Experience and What Led to Second Brain Surgery

 Spiritual leader and Isha Foundation founder Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev recently opened up about the shocking incident that led to his second brain surgery in March 2024. In a personal video shared on Instagram titled  ‘Sadhguru’s Second Brain Surgery – Undisclosed Details’ , the 67-year-old described how a seemingly minor accident became life-threatening. He recounted an incident involving a monkey while he was swimming with his daughter. A monkey approached their house, trying to enter for fruit. His daughter shouted to scare it away, but the monkey charged at her. Instinctively trying to protect her, Sadhguru rushed inside to grab a stick but accidentally slammed his head into a closed glass door at full speed. Pacific Mall D21 hosted two day movie screening festival for 1000 Air Force & Army officers


 

Delhi: Pacific Mall Dwarka 21 in their campaign to salute the valor and dedication of Air Force & Army officers on the Air Force Day hosted a movie screening for 1000 Air Force officers and their families for two days. The families of Air Force officers were sent exclusive invites to watch popular Hollywood actor James Bond’s latest movie ‘No Time to Die’ in PVR theatres. Lt. Gen Tarun Kumar Chawla, Director General of Artillery, was the Chief Guest of the event and attended the movie screening with his family members.


The significance of Air Force Day in India celebrated every year on 8th October is that the Indian Air Force was officially raised in 1932 as the supporting force of the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom. Pacific Mall in order to commemorate this special day, organized this two day event and honored the services offered to the nation by these officers. It began with a felicitation ceremony of the Chief Guest followed by movie screening. Post the movie screening, officers and their families were invited to join Garba/Dandiya night hosted by Pacific Mall.


Mr. Abhishek Bansal, Executive Director, Pacific Group congratulated the honorable officers and appreciating the Pacific team’s efforts said, “It is a moment of honor for us to host the movie screening for our air force officers, & the mall team is always ready and proactive to strategize such thoughtful events.  Amid ongoing India–US trade discussions, India's Commerce Ministry has opposed a clause proposed by the United States that would prevent India from reintroducing digital taxes like the equalisation levy in the future. This development comes as India attempts to ease US concerns over high tariffs and show willingness to cooperate on trade reforms. In March 2025, the Indian government had suggested removing the equalisation levy on digital ads as part of the Finance Bill amendments.   Date:  July 1, 2025 BJP has appointed  Ravindra Chavan , a prominent Maratha leader and four-time MLA from Dombivali, as its new Maharashtra state president.
