Sadhguru Reveals Near-Death Experience and What Led to Second Brain Surgery

 Spiritual leader and Isha Foundation founder Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev recently opened up about the shocking incident that led to his second brain surgery in March 2024. In a personal video shared on Instagram titled  ‘Sadhguru’s Second Brain Surgery – Undisclosed Details’ , the 67-year-old described how a seemingly minor accident became life-threatening. He recounted an incident involving a monkey while he was swimming with his daughter. A monkey approached their house, trying to enter for fruit. His daughter shouted to scare it away, but the monkey charged at her. Instinctively trying to protect her, Sadhguru rushed inside to grab a stick but accidentally slammed his head into a closed glass door at full speed. Telecast of Raktanchal 2 in danger??

 

MX Player’s popular web series Raktanchal 2 soon going release in the MX player OTT platform and the teaser of the series just got released in 26th January 2022. MX Player and its production house are under dispute regarding the web series Raktanchal season 2 and the matter is under Delhi High Court. It came to our notice that both the parties fighting in Delhi High Court from last 2 months and later on MX player team approached the production house for mediation where claims for money and credits can be settled. MX player terminated the production house/makers of Raktanchal 2 web series and took all the footage where some other production house has been deputed by the OTT player to complete the show without clearing the dues of the 1st production house who had done more than 90% of the work. Now, the matter may move to arbitration as MX Player is not taking the 1st production house under consideration with monetory claims and credit claims by the producers.

Raktanchal Season 1 was the biggest hit in MX player which got released in 28th May 2020 with the actors like Kranti Prakash Jha,  Soundarya Sharma and Nikitin Dheer and Directed by Ritam Srivastav and written by Sarvesh Upadhyay. Raktanchal Season 1 was created by Shashank Rai and Produced by Pradeep Gupta, Shashank Rai and Mahima Gupta.

Raktanchal season 1 plot was set in the 1980s of Purvanchal and was inspired by the true events. It was the story of Waseem Khan (played by Nikitin Dheer) who ruled the tender mafia in  Uttar Pradesh, who was also involved in the smuggling of arms and ammunition. The story revolved around Vijay Singh (played by Kranti Prakash Jha) and Waseem Khan, who were constantly at loggerheads and leading to a series of bloodbaths. Khan was challenged by the antihero Vijay Singh, who held high morals and wanted to become a civil servant until Khan's gang murdered his father Virendra Singh (played by Gyan Prakash). While Vijay was determined to take revenge of his father's murder, who was killed by Waseem's company, while Waseem was determined to hold on to his power come what may.

According to the Season 2 trailer,  it promises to be turned into a political scenario this time, the earlier season was revolved around the vengeance and gangs war. Mx Player captioned it, ” Iss Baar Ranneti Nahi, Rajneeti Banayega Purvanchal Ko Raktanchal.” In Raktanchal season 2, people are aspiring to see actors like Soundarya Sharma, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mahie Gill, Karan Patel, Kranti Prakash Jha, Mukesh Bhatt, Vikram Kochhar and Nikitin Dheer etc. As the matter is under dispute, audience of this series may have to hold themselves to see the series on screen. MX Player and the other secondary production house reaching out to the actors, vendors and technicians for the NOC (no objection certificate) illegally so that they can release the Raktanchal season 2 content in the OTT platform.

We really hope, the dispute of the series should get a resolution so that the audience no need to wait to see the content. On the other side, if the dispute won’t be settled in near future, there might be a question of seeing  Raktanchal season 2 in MX Player. MX Player is the OTT platform in the country known for series like Aashram, Raktanchal, Bhaukaal, Matsya Kaand, Ek Thi Begum etc.

 Amid ongoing India–US trade discussions, India's Commerce Ministry has opposed a clause proposed by the United States that would prevent India from reintroducing digital taxes like the equalisation levy in the future. This development comes as India attempts to ease US concerns over high tariffs and show willingness to cooperate on trade reforms. In March 2025, the Indian government had suggested removing the equalisation levy on digital ads as part of the Finance Bill amendments. However, legal advisers to the Commerce Ministry now advise negotiators not to accept the US's current demand, as it imposes an obligation only on India.
